Proposal
To alter the development standards (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 1334-2023(OLT)) for the 44-storey mixed-use building, by increasing the overall height of the building (from 133.2 m to 134.75 m measured to the top of the mechanical penthouse) and height of the podium (from 30 m to 30.5 m), reducing the setbacks, and reducing the first storey building frontage abutting the priority retail street (Dundas Steet East).
