This website is operated by Mehran Salehian, Sales Representative with HomeLife Landmark Realty Inc., Brokerage (“we”), a member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). By creating an account you agree to the following.

1. Your relationship with us. By registering, you enter into a lawful consumer relationship with HomeLife Landmark Realty Inc., Brokerage for the purpose of receiving real estate information and services. This does not oblige you to buy, sell or lease through us, and you are not entering into a buyer or seller representation agreement.
2. Bona fide interest. You confirm that you have a genuine interest in buying, selling or leasing real estate of the type shown on this site.
3. Personal use only. All MLS® data and listing information obtained from this site is intended only for your personal, non-commercial use, in connection with your consideration of the purchase, sale or lease of an individual property.
4. No copying or redistribution. You will not copy, redistribute, retransmit, display, post, disseminate, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell or sublicense any listing information to any other person or entity. Prohibited uses include “scraping” (including screen scraping and database scraping), “data mining”, and any other activity intended to collect, store, reorganize, summarize or manipulate listing information, whether by hand or with any automated tool, bot or AI system.
5. Ownership. You acknowledge PropTx Innovations Inc.’s ownership of, and the validity of its proprietary rights and copyright in, the MLS® database, MLS® data, the PropTx MLS® System and the listing information.
6. Accuracy. Listing information is provided by PropTx and TRREB members. It is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by PropTx and should be independently verified. Sold and leased information may be incomplete.
7. Compliance verification. You expressly authorize PropTx, TRREB and their members or duly authorized representatives to access this site to verify compliance with MLS® rules and policies and to monitor the display of listings.
8. Not a licensed professional. You confirm that you are not a licensed real estate salesperson, broker or brokerage employee using this site for commercial purposes. Access by real estate professionals for commercial use is not permitted.
9. Your account. Your account is for you alone. Keep your password private. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or board rules.
10. Renewal. You will be asked to confirm these terms again every 90 days to keep access to sold and leased information.
11. Privacy and audits. We use your name, email and phone number to run your account and to contact you about real estate, and we keep a record of your access to sold and leased information. This information may be shared with PropTx for auditing or legal purposes. See the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
12. No fees, no agency. These terms impose no financial obligation on you and do not create a representation agreement between you and HomeLife Landmark Realty Inc., Brokerage.
