Privacy

This site collects only what you choose to send: your name, email, phone number and message when you use a contact form, and your name, email, phone number and password when you create an account. It is used to reply to you, to run your account and to contact you about real estate, and is not sold or shared.

When you're signed in, the site records which listings you view and the homes and searches you save, so Mehran Salehian can follow up with homes that suit you. You can delete your account, and this history with it, at any time.

Website assistant. If you chat with the assistant, your messages are sent to an AI service (Anthropic) to write the replies, and the conversation is kept on this site for 90 days so Mehran Salehian can follow up. If you ask to be contacted, the name, phone and email you give go to Mehran Salehian. Please don’t share sensitive information in the chat.

Plain-word search. When you describe a home in your own words, the sentence you type may be sent to an AI service (Anthropic) only to turn it into search filters. Please don’t include personal details in it. No information about you or about any listing is sent with it, and results come from this site’s own listings.

Sharing with PropTx. As a condition of showing sold and leased information, the site keeps a record of each member's sign-ins and access to that information (name, email, time and IP address) for at least 180 days. This record, and your name and email address, may be provided to PropTx Innovations Inc., the operator of the MLS® system, for auditing or legal purposes. It is not used for anything else.

Passwords are stored only as a one-way scrypt hash and can't be read by anyone, including us. Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; the site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

You can change your details or delete your account and saved homes at any time from your account page.

Server logs record IP addresses and pages visited for security and are deleted after 30 days. The map uses OpenFreeMap tiles, which receive your IP address when map images load.

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives the pages you view, your approximate location and your device type; it does not receive your name, email or anything you type into a form. You can opt out with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on.

Listing data comes from PropTx and the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and may only be used by consumers with a bona fide interest in buying, selling or leasing real estate.
