Proposal
To construct a new four-storey semi-detached mixed-use building (with a mezzanine level above the ground floor and cantilevered portions of the second, third and fourth storeys at the front and east sides of the building) with a covered front entrance, a rooftop staircase access enclosure (for maintenance), rear balconies on the second, third and fourth storeys with a rear exterior access staircase, and a rear basement walkout. Long-term bicycle parking spaces will be provided within the dwelling units. There will be a total of four residential dwelling units, and one commercial unit within this building.
