Proposal
To alter the development standards (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 88-2023(OLT)) for the 40-storey mixed-use building (which is currently under construction), by increasing the residential gross floor area, building height (41-storeys; 123.5 m to 127.6 m and 129.2 m to 133.6 m), and the height of the elevator overrun projection.
