Proposal
To alter the existing three-storey mixed-use rowhouse dwelling by constructing a rear three-storey addition with a basement walkout, and an exterior fire escape staircase leading to all the levels. Also, to construct one ground level office space, and four residential dwelling units within this dwelling. There will be a total of five bicycle parking spaces provided in the rear yard. The existing ground level commercial space (coin laundry facility) will be maintained and unaltered.
