Proposal
To construct a new three-storey detached residential building (containing six residential dwelling units), with three partially covered front porches with stairs (entrances to units 1, 3, and 5), three partially covered rear decks with stairs (for units 1, 3, and 5), two rear second floor bay windows (for units 3 and 5), three third floor front rooftop decks (above the second floor, for units 1, 3, and 5), and three rear basement walkouts (for units 2, 4, and 6). Also, to construct a new front (east) driveway with two parking spaces (accessed from Virginia Avenue). The existing front driveway with one front parking pad (accessed from Virginia Avenue), and the existing rear driveway and one-car garage (accessed from Cosburn Avenue) will be maintained and unaltered.
