Proposal
To alter the development standards for the 34-storey mixed-use building (approved under Site Specific Zoning By-Law 839-2021), by increasing the height and number of storeys (from 34-storeys to 40-storeys (including a 6-storey podium)), gross floor area, number of dwelling units, and permitted projections to accommodate the garbage vent chute and mechanical penthouse.
