Proposal
To construct a new three-storey mixed-use building containing one commercial unit (bakery/cafe) located on the ground floor, and three residential dwelling units (occupying the second and third levels) within this building. The existing two-storey mixed-use building (containing three commercial units, and two residential dwelling units) will be demolished. This current application is necessitated to correct and include variances not identified in the recently approved Minor Variance Decision #A0195/25TEY, for a previous proposal of a three-storey mixed-use building with one commercial unit and four residential dwelling units.
