Proposal
To alter the development standards for a 13-storey mixed-use building with a three-level underground garage (approved by Site Specific Zoning By-Law 1144-2023), by increasing the number of storeys and building height from 13-storeys (43 m) to 15-storeys (55 m), increasing the permitted gross floor area, as well as reducing setbacks, minimum separations distances, and the number of parking spaces. A type "C" loading space will be provided and parking space access will be provided by a vehicular elevator. There will be a total of 40 residential dwelling units within the building on the lot.
