Proposal

To construct a new three-storey detached dwelling (fourplex) with a front ground floor landing with stairs, a side (north) ground floor walkout, two rear ground floor landings with stairs and two third floor side (north) terraces (Unit A and Unit C). Also, to construct a new two-storey laneway suite in the rear yard with a front (west) second floor terrace.
