Proposal

To construct a new three-storey detached building (fourplex - four residential dwelling units - refer to the basement floor plan whereby one dwelling unit is partially above another dwelling unit). Each residential dwelling unit will have an integral garage, and a rear partially covered second floor balcony. This proposal has been reviewed as a building abutting side lot lines as the lot does not abut a municipal street. Also, the existing two-storey detached building (currently abutting Peyton Lane) will be maintained and unaltered.
