Proposal
To alter the development standards (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-laws 1051-2022 and 1052-2022) for a 36-storey mixed-use building (including a mechanical penthouse), to permit indoor amenity space on the rooftop. There will be a total of 352 residential dwelling units (of which 62 units will be rental replacement units) on this lot. Committee of Adjustment considered and approved variances to the Zoning By-law under Minor Variance Decision A0686/24TEY, however the construction alterations necessitates further minor variances.
