To legalize and to maintain the existing three-storey semi-detached dwelling (fourplex) with front steps, rear second and third floor balconies, and a rear basement walkout (currently under construction, as approved by Minor Variance Application A1102/19TEY) by reconstructing the north wall of the dwelling that was demolished without an authorized building permit. Also, to alter the existing two-storey ancillary building containing one laneway suite (currently under construction, as approved by Minor Variance Application A1102/19TEY), abutting the laneway and Alma Avenue by increasing the height of the laneway suite. There will be a total of five dwelling units on this lot (four units within the main dwelling and one unit within the ancillary building).
