Proposal

To alter the development standards for the 40-storey mixed-use building (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 88-2023) by increasing the total number of residential dwelling units, the overall and residential gross floor area, the building height, and the maximum projection height of an elevator overrun. Also, to reduce the total number of residential dwelling units with 3 or more bedrooms, the required amenity space, and the total number of residential visitor parking spaces. The new 45-storey mixed-use building (excluding the mechanical penthouse) will have a total of 572 residential dwelling units, 78 residential parking spaces, and 7 residential visitor parking spaces. This is currently undergoing Site Plan Control (Application Number 19 240163 STE 13 SA).
