Proposal

To legalize and maintain the conversion of the existing two-storey detached building into an apartment building with 13 residential dwelling units. There will be a new ground floor steel balcony on the east side, a new ground level balcony on the west side, and a new steel canopy on the south side. The following will be maintained and unaltered: 3 parking spaces (1 of which is for visitor space) fronting Hastings Avenue; 12 long-term bicycle parking spaces along a portion of the north lot line; 2 short-term bicycle parking spaces, the existing decks and patios; and the existing steel trailer. There will be an enclosure and roof for the long-term bicycle parking spaces.
