Proposal

To alter the development standards for the six-storey residential building (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 958-2022 and 957-2022 (OPA)), by increasing the building height and the maximum permitted gross floor area. Also, to reduce the height of the first storey, building setbacks, and minimum required residential parking spaces. This new nine-storey residential building will contain a total of 65 residential dwelling units.
