Proposal

To alter the existing rear one-storey ancillary building (detached garage) into two garden suites, by constructing a complete second storey addition. Each garden suite will have two-levels. There will be a total of three residential dwelling units on this lot (one unit within the main dwelling and two units within the ancillary building). The rear deck and shed will be demolished and a parking pad will be constructed.
