Proposal

Each new lot would be developed with a new detached dwelling, each requiring variances as outlined in files A0107/24NY, A0108/24NY, and A0109/24NY. Files B0006/24NY, A0107/24NY and B0007/24NY, A0109/24NY, A0108/24NY will be cnsidered jointly.
