Proposal

To alter the existing two-storey mixed-use detached building by constructing a rear three-storey addition and a complete third storey addition with front and rear rooftop patios above the third storey. This building will contain one retail unit and four dwelling units. Also, to construct a new one-storey ancillary building (carport with bicycle storage) in the rear yard, abutting the laneway. The existing detached garage will be demolished.
