To alter Site Specific Zoning By-law 1685-2019 for the mixed-use building under construction by increasing the building height and number of storeys shown on Diagram 3 to range from 65-66 storeys (66-storeys in the area above penthouse suite 6206, located in the southeast corner of the tower floor plate area), increasing the total residential gross floor area and increasing the number of dwelling units in the building. Also, to reduce the amount of visitor automobile parking spaces and to reduce the long and short term bicycle parking spaces.
