Proposal
To alter the existing two-storey, two-unit semi-detached dwelling by constructing a basement secondary suite for a total of three units, as approved by Minor Variance Decision A1303/21TEY. Also, to reconstruct the existing front porch and second storey balcony. This current application is necessitated to correctly identify an interior floor area variance for the two secondary suites within this dwelling and an encroachment variance (as cited in Variance Numbers 5 and 6 respectively).
