Proposal

To alter the existing two-storey mixed-use building with two residential units by adding a third and partial fourth storey (mezzanine) to accomodate two additional residential units, new side wall openings (pedestrian doors, garage door and windows), a rear second storey deck, and terraces located on the second and fourth storey.
