Proposal

To convert the two-storey detached house into a three-storey, three unit dwelling by constructing a rear two-storey addition, a third storey addition, a new front coverd porch, a front second storey balcony, and a rear third storey balcony. Each floor, including the basement, will contain one dwelling unit. In addition, two parking spaces will also be created in the rear yard.
