Proposal

To alter the existing apartment building, containing 93 residential dwelling units, by converting one of the ground-floor locker storage rooms into two residential dwelling units, for a total of 95 residential dwelling units, and by constructing a long-term bike storage area within the basement parking level and short-term bike storage on the south side of the existing apartment building. Also, to renovate the other locker storage room in order to provide a new locker storage area.
