Proposal
To alter the existing 2½-storey detached house by constructing a front second storey balcony and a rear three-storey addition with a ground floor deck and second and third floor balconies. Two secondary suites will be created on the second and third floors, for a total of three dwelling units. Note: This proposal was considered by the Committee of Adjustment in Decision A1280/19TEY; however, due to an error in the transcription of a variance request the decision cannot be acted upon. This application serves to correct the error.
