Proposal

To convert the existing two-storey mixed-use building containing 7 dwelling units and 1 retail unit into a residential building containing 7 dwelling units. All dwelling units will be altered and one will be relocated to the space formerly occupied by the retail unit. The existing rear one-storey addition will be demolished and rear exterior stairs and a south side platform will be constructed.
