To alter a three-storey semi-detached mixed use building by constructing platforms to the front, rear and side of the existing principal building. To re-develop the existing coach house located at the rear of the property by constructing a walkway adjoining the primary building on the lot with the accessory building in the rear (one principal building) and second and third floor additions. The renovated site will consist of four residential dwelling units; and, a commercial space at front (Carlton St) with rear ground level parking for one vehicle and provision for long term bike storage.
