Proposal

To alter two existing semi-detached buildings by constructing a rear third storey addition, a rear two-storey addition, and a three-storey central addition to connect the two buildings. There will be four parking spaces at the rear of 13-15 Winchester Street and a deck at the rear of 17-19 Winchester Street. A total of 35 dwelling units will be provided as new affordable rental housing.
