Proposal

To alter the redevelopment plan for a new 28-storey residential building containing 481 dwelling units, approved under Site-specific By-laws 566-2000, 684-2003 and 1079-2010 by permitting a day nursery, reducing the minimum required resident parking spaces, increasing the maximum permitted building and podium height, decreasing the minimum required indoor and outdoor residential amenity space, and by increasing the maximum permitted width of the mechanical penthouse. A previous Committee of Adjustment Decision (A0503/17TEY) permitted modifications to the development standards associated with the mechanical penthouse area, vehicle parking spaces and bicycle parking spaces.
