Proposal

This application is for variances to permit vehicle repair garages, vehicle service garages and industrial uses in 17 units in the existing one-storey industrial building. The proposed Vehicle Repair Garages would be located in units 8 to 17 in the west portion of the building. Vehicle Service Garages would occupy units 5 to 7, and industrial uses would be located in units 1 to 4, at the east end of the building.
